Peeked in the hive today; things looking good!  Waiting until I get my new supplies before I do a more serious inspection.

Took advantage of the nice day to check on the bees. And I had a visit from THE Queen Bee of DC. She said things are looking great and had some tips for what to do in the next few weeks as spring (HOPEfully) arrives.

Spiders are so misunderstood!

right??? frankly, house centipedes and silver fish freak me out more. I don’t really mind spiders.
a and earwigs! fuck earwigs

lol.  But I can co-exist with spiders as long as they keep the mosquitoes at bay!
